ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES Construction of the New Lowndes High School Lowndes County Board of Education Valdosta, Georgia The Lowndes County Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as LCBOE), Owner, is hereby seeking proposals from Construction Management (hereinafter referred to as CM) firms to provide CM at Risk services for the New Lowndes High School in Valdosta, GA. The approximate current budget for this project is $49,250,000.00 subject to final adjustments and approval of the Owner. Responses must be received by the Architect, McCall Architecture, before 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2018, after which time and date they will no longer be accepted. Late responses will not be considered.
