Invitation to Bid Renovations for Office Space for LCBOE (Due October 31, 2017)

Sealed Bids will be received by the Lowndes County School System, 1592 Norman Drive, Valdosta, GA 31601, at 2:00 p.m. local time, on October 31, 2017, for RENOVATIONS FOR OFFICE SPACE FOR LOWNDES COUNTY SCHOOLS BOARD OFFICE for the LOWNDES COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM, VALDOSTA, GEORGIA.

The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm at 1592 Norman Drive, Valdosta, GA 31601.

This project consists of the renovation of approximately 2,500 sf of an existing warehouse space on east end of board office into office and waiting area. Two additive alternates: 1) paint existing board office and 2) replace flooring in existing board office.

IT IS IMPERATIVE that interested contractors read carefully and comply with all requirements in the attached Invitation to Bid document. The Invitation to Bid was revised and posted at 11:24 am October 5, 2017.
