RFP-After School Service Provider
The Lowndes County School System is accepting sealed proposals for entering into a contract for after school childcare for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 school years. We are seeking proposals from vendors who have an established history in providing after school childcare service in the Lowndes County area. The vendor must be an established, licensed childcare provider and the staff must be trained and authorized to provide the service. The selected vendor must meet all the expectations and requirements in this packet. The proposal must include all requirements and total cost per participant detailed by daily and weekly rates. (Example: labor, supplies, snack & drink, etc.) Sealed written proposals must be received by the school system no later than 12 Noon on Friday, February 8, 2019. Neither dating of the response nor placing in the mail by this date will meet this requirement. Exceptions will not be made for proposals received after the date and time stated. The school system reserves the right to accept the proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the system. The project is for HVAC renovation at Hahira Middle School. This will be an equipment only bid (Estimated Cost of $450,000.00). The DP will coordinate with ABM Building Solutions, LLC for sizing, type, specifications and location of equipment. ABM is under contract with LCSD under an ESCO to install the equipment. Request for Proposal: Custodial Contract Services Due June 27 2018
Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received by Lowndes County School District for a Fixed Price Renewable Contract for providing Custodial/Janitorial Services for specific campuses in the School District. Contract may be expanded to additional campuses and may be renewed for up to 4 one year renewal periods. The extensions will be based upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor with proven quality, performance, and price, if agreeable to both the contractor and Lowndes County School District. Sealed Proposals for furnishing the goods and services described herein will be received until July 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., local time (EDT), at the LCSD Superintendent’s Office, 1592 Norman Drive, Valdosta, GA. The Lowndes County Schools System is soliciting sealed bids for 80 projectors. We will accept bids for these specified models only: • Epson PowerLite 109 WXGA digital projectors, prefer under the Epson Brighter Futures program. V11H861020 • Hitachi CP-WX4042WN WXGA digital projector Vendors will provide pricing for projectors with 3-year and 5-year warranty. The Lowndes County Schools System is soliciting proposals for TUTORING SUPPORT THROUGH FEDERALLY-FUNDED PROGRAMS for 2018-2019. Currently, the LCSS plans to serve two (2) NEGLECTED/ DELINQUENT (N&D) CHILDREN residential facilities during the 2018-2019 school year.
